People get what they have to get. That means, they get what they need.

Sometimes they also get what they don’t need, like an impulse purchase. But is that the category you want your business to be in, the category where people buy your product and three days later they’re like, what was I thinking? No. You want to be in a category of business that addresses a need, so they buy it and three days later they’re like, this is the best decision I ever made.

So build what people need.
